When Leah’s ex-boyfriend Kevin betrays her in a horrifically public way, she leaves town to spend her last summer of college in a place where no one knows who she is, what happened to her, and what she did to make herself so vulnerable.

All she wants is a little peace of mind and some good surfing so she can regroup before returning for her senior year.

After his own tragedy a few years ago, Drew developed an entirely new and unique
outlook on life and became a risk-taker, daring and dangerous, everything Leah wanted to avoid.

But a chance encounter forces her to let Drew into her life, little by little, secret by secret. He’s smart, funny, persistent, hot, and makes money in a rather unconventional way.

They share a mutual fascination and attraction, until her past with Kevin complicates her present with Drew, making Leah question her future.

Just as her life seems to be spinning out of control, Leah learns that sometimes you
save someone by letting them save you.

(New Adult romance)
Drew put his hat on and pulled it down just enough to where I could still see his eyes. He finally answered, and it wasn’t what I expected at all. “You’re the first girl I’ve ever seen surfing around here. I mean really surfing, not just messing around. That interested me. That’s why I talked to you those times. Because you were different. Like me. You’re a risk-taker, but something’s holding you back. Something happened to you.

That’s why you’re here. That’s why you mostly keep to yourself. That’s why you have those walls up.”

I felt my eyes narrowing in anger. I didn’t like this at all. Everything he was saying was true. And it pissed me off. I slid off the seat and stood. “I have to go.”I started walking toward the door and I had just picked up my surfboard when he said, “Leah, wait. I’m sorry.”

I turned around. He got up and moved toward me. “It’s raining like crazy, it’s still windy. At least let me drive you home.”

I looked out the window and saw that it was still quite blustery. Walking home with this surfboard wouldn’t have been much fun. And it was only a short distance, which meant I wouldn’t have to put up with him for long. I pushed the door open and started to walk out. “Okay. But stop psychoanalyzing me.”

He held the door open for me. “Done.”

Alexis doesn’t believe in fairytales. She knows first hand that life can turn on a dime – that one stupid mistake can shatter dreams and irrevocably shape the future. Even though her memory of that day is hazy, she has spent the last ten years trying to put it behind her and focus on the future.

Armed with the knowledge that her career will be her only legacy, Alexis works night and day to prove that she is more than just her last name. It’s not only that she doesn’t have time for love – she doesn’t have the heart for it. After all, there’s no point in starting something that you can’t finish.

However, when she meets Adam, she’s drawn to him in a way even she can’t deny. He is dark and brooding and strangely charming. He’s the perfect distraction from the mundane life she’s created for herself. And, as if fate is pushing them together, he seems to be around every corner. It’s enough to almost make her entirely forget about her past and take a chance.

Unfortunately, Adam’s memory isn’t hazy . . . not in the least. And, what she doesn’t remember, he can’t forget.

Jenni Moen lives in her hometown in Oklahoma with her husband and three crazy, exuberant kids that have the potential to burn the house down at any moment.

While vodka and exercise have provided some relief from the daily grind, it is reading … and now writing … that are her true escapes.

My heart stopped and suddenly it was hard to breathe. His voice always had that effect on me. It was like poison slowly running through my veins killing me bit by bit. Like a drug that I couldn't get enough of even though I was almost down to my last breath.

Jace took a step forward and grabbed my hand. He slowly trailed his fingers over my face and backed me into the wall. My heart stopped again if that was even possible. "You can't leave," he whispered. "I need you." His warm breath kissed my lips as he bit his bottom lip and placed both of his hands around my face. They were warm and soft to the touch. Too big for my fragile face, although I wanted to bury myself in them. "Breathe. There is no one here but the two of us. Breathe," he whispered.

Avery Hale had spent her whole childhood abused by her drunken, hopped-up parents. Broken from a lifetime of hate and pain she grew up realizing that trust and love just didn't exist. Not in her world at least.

After turning the age of eighteen, she packed up and moved far away determined to escape her hurtful past and start a new life. Once on her own she comes to the conclusion that the emptiness still exist. Doing what she had to to survive she found herself mixed up in exotic dancing and  meaningless sexual relationships unable to feel anything, for anyone. She was sure that her life was worthless and there was nothing left for her. Or, she thought.

After meeting a beautiful stranger, jace, her life suddenly is turned upside down. Everything that she truly believed suddenly gets questioned and then she is left to figure out if there is really more to her than she could ever have imagined. Jace, having some secrets of his own puts the pain of his own past behind to do what he can to help Avery. Can the love of another broken person be enough to help Avery, or is she already too far gone?

Avery's life is pulled in many directions as she tries to find herself, and not everyone and thing is what they seem to be in this story of love, trust and opening up. Finding herself and learning to love herself might just be the hardest thing she's ever had to do.

I love to read. I'm a huge fan of books and when I start reading anything, I usually forgo doing everything else, I mean the housework will still be there in the morning (right?). When I love a story or book that I've downloaded, I usually refrain from sleep and am crabby the next day - but only until I pick my iPad up and start reading again!

The idea for my debut novel HiT 149, came to me as I was chopping my vegetables for dinner and before the night was over I had written 10 chapters!

My goal with writing is just to take people away from whatever is going on in their lives, even if it's only for a split second. I'm a go with the flow sort of person and don't really take a course of action to get where I am going. I live in the moment and don't usually worry about tomorrow because whatever life is due to bring me, I'll be
happy to accept.

I love my family and friends and will help anyway I can if someone needs it. But I can be a bit daft sometimes and need to be told very specifically or it'll go over my head! I really don't like people that are nasty just because they can be, I don't believe that's necessary, I mean life is hard enough as it is.

I hope you enjoy my books, I've had a hoot writing them. There's more to come, and not all from the same series...

Til next time

Life can be a bitch but love can get you through any storm.

Madison Cole’s family is the Storm Motorcycle Club. Her father is the President and her brother is the VP. She grew up surrounded by bikers, crime and violence. Two years ago she walked away from her family and the world they live in. Her soul was shattered, her heart was broken and she had an addiction she couldn't shake. She picked up the pieces and put herself back together. Now her family wants her back. The club is being threatened and they send a club member to return her home to safety; the one person that could destroy everything she has worked so hard to build.

Jason Reilly has sacrificed a lot for the motorcycle club he calls family.  Two years ago he made the biggest sacrifice of all; he gave up the woman he loved for them. Now he is being sent to bring her back and he is conflicted. He thought he was over her but discovers their connection is as strong as ever. Their love was all-consuming, passionate and fiery. It was also their undoing and he doesn't know if either of them is strong enough to battle the demons that ripped them apart, to find love again.

Madison and Jason are brought back together by a force out of their control; one that pushes them to a breaking point. Can they overcome their past and discover a love worth fighting for or will the harsh reality of their world finally and completely break them both?

Fuck, she wasn’t going to make this easy for either of us.  I was convinced that Scott was handing me my balls on a plate by sending me here.  One look at Madison and I wanted to shove them at her and get the fuck out of here.  Christ, she was still as goddamn sexy as the last time I laid eyes on her.  I ran my eyes down her body and look in the low cut, short dress and fuck me heels; god I loved those shoes and my dick twitched just thinking about wrapping those legs around me.

“Can we talk outside for a minute?” I asked.

She pursed her lips and appeared to be assessing the situation before she gave me a curt nod and said, “Fine.”  And with that she grabbed her purse, brushed past me and stalked towards the front door.  I watched her ass sway as I followed her out and told my dick to settle the fuck down.  No way were we going there again; I was here for one reason and one reason only.

Once we were outside she reached into her purse and pulled out a cigarette.  She quickly lit it and took a long drag.  God, I hoped she was still sober; last I had heard she was and she looked pretty healthy but the way she sucked on that cigarette looked like a junkie fixing for their next “

Scott told you I was coming, yeah?” I asked, taking in the glare she had levelled on me.  Yep, balls on a plate. “

No,” she snapped, “He said someone was coming but he failed to mention it was you.”  She looked like she was going to say something else but took another long drag on her cigarette instead.

“Well, you’ve got me until he pulls me back home so I say we make the best of a shitty situation and put our crap aside.”  She took another long drag on her cigarette, threw it down and ground it out before scowling at me, “You’re a fucking asshole, J and for
all I care you can go to hell.”

A warning though, you will find hot, dirty sex, lots of swearing, occasional violent encounters and men and women who live fast and love hard.

Nina's debut book Storm will be releasing in November 2013. It is based around the Storm Motorcycle Club and is the first book in an MC series.
